The official Two Hundred Sit Ups Android app is now available on Amazon Appstore for Android.
The application was created by SoftwareX, a small company based in New Zealand, and has the following features:
- Ability to change reps at the end of each day
- Adjusts the program to suit your level after exhaustion tests
- Twitter integration
This app makes use of your phone's:
- Data connection
- Media library
- Web browser
Please note: the Two Hundred Sit Ups Android app should be seen as a companion, rather than a replacement to the website, but offers convenience at the touch of the button.
The application is competitively priced and available on Amazon Appstore for Android for just $0.99.
